MEET AMANY MIKHAIL
Owner, Pharmacy Manager
Amany, a graduate of Cairo University Pharmacy School in 2004, owned three pharmacies in Egypt before selling them in 2012, relocating to Canada with her family, quickly obtaining her pharmacist license, and gaining experience as a Pharmacy Manager in Ottawa and a pharmacist at The Ottawa Hospital, specializing in community, compounding, and specialized pharmacies.
MEET AMIR SADEK
Owner, International Medical Graduate
Amir, an International Medical Graduate from Cairo University, practiced as a physician in Cairo for 10 years and operated three medical clinics integrated with pharmacies, a model he replicated in Canada after moving in 2012, completing his medical licensing and an observership with McGill University; he now leads Ideal Health Group, which combines pharmacies and medical clinics under one roof in Ottawa, enhancing healthcare access and creating synergistic benefits between the clinics and pharmacies.
MEET NELLY ANTRANIKIAN
Executive Administrative Assistant
Nelly Antranikian is an Executive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in diverse industries. She graduated from the University of Damascus with a degree in Library Science before relocating to Canada, where she furthered her education at Vancouver Community College. Over the years, Nelly has gained valuable experience in various fields, ultimately finding her passion in the medical sector. Prior to her current role, she spent five years as a clinic manager, overseeing daily operations and fostering meaningful relationships with both patients and staff. Since 2022, Nelly has transitioned to her role as Executive Administrative Assistant at IDEAL Health Group, where her expertise and commitment continue to make a significant contribution.

MEET NADIA BUTT
Chief Operating Officer

Nadia, an International Medical Graduate from the University of Punjab, practiced medicine in Pakistan for 10 years, setting up immunization camps and managing a Tuberculosis clinic before moving to South Africa in 2012 to work in a township, and then to Canada in 2018 where she earned a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and transitioned into management as an Infection Prevention and Control Lead during the pandemic, now joining Ideal Health Group with extensive leadership and healthcare management experience.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Amit Arora is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ideal Health Group. With over 10 years of experience in financial leadership, Amit is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, risk management, and financial efficiency.
Throughout his career, Amit has demonstrated a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, improving profitability, and leading high-impact transformations. Prior to joining Ideal Health Group, Amit held commercial finance roles at Desjardins and RBC, where he partnered with business owners to develop financing strategies and drive business growth and expansion. He also brings international experience from his tenure in public sector banking with one of India's largest banks. Amit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from India and has a certificate in Investment Funds in Canada. He is also a Moody’s certified credit professional. With a passion for fostering a culture of financial integrity and operational excellence, Amit plays a vital role in supporting Ideal Health Group’s long-term vision and growth
